Acceptance of the registration conditions for all participants

My participation is at my own risk.
I hereby waive all claims arising from damages, of any kind, property damage, injuries or consequential damages that may occur in connection with my participation in the event.
Liability on the part of the organizers and course instructors of the event is excluded.
Handling of my email addresses:
We almost exclusively broadcast information about the event.
To send e-mails, we use the "blind copy" function.
We do not share the email with others.
You can cancel the mailing list at any time by sending an e-mail back to us.
Image and video rights
As a participant of the event, I give my consent that photos and videos of the event will be taken.
Some of the recordings are made publicly available on the Internet (website, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
No claims can be asserted against this with regard to their use.
Participants are allowed to take photos and videos of the event themselves and we ask you to be mindful of the content.
Your own recordings are preferably to be published in the Acronyx Tribe Telegram group t.me/acronyxtribe.
Further publications on the Internet must be forwarded as a link to all participants (via the event organization).
Participants can ask for the deletion of some images.
Cancellation of tickets:
You can cancel your tickets yourself.
Follow your ticket link in the order email and then click on cancel at the bottom.
For paid tickets, there are two options:
1. Redeem the entire ticket amount as a voucher. You can pass it on or redeem it yourself for other Acronyx events.
2. Refund by bank transfer. 20%, but a maximum of 50 euros, will be deducted from the ticket amount as a cancellation fee.
