General Information:

All activities are included in the ticket price.
The following ticket types are available: Standard, Reduced, and Children, as well as Helpers, Setup, and Teardown.
The large meadow is available for camping with tents, cars, or RVs.
You can park your car in the parking lot in front of the estate.

Start and end of the event:

You are welcome to arrive starting Friday, September 4 at 2:00 PM. (If you plan to arrive early, please send us a message.)
The first workshop begins at 4:00 PM on the same day.
The event ends late at night on Sunday, September 13.
You’re welcome to stay one more night; we’ll start taking everything down together on August 3 at 9:00 AM.

Setup and Teardown Helpers:

Would you like to help shape our festival and save money in the process?
You can work with us on many different tasks.
Decorating, carrying light and heavy items, cleaning, preparing food, or sorting things.
You’ll receive discounts for your motivated help.
Setup begins on Tuesday, September 1 at 10 a.m. and ends on Friday, September 4 at 4 p.m.
Dismantling after the event takes place on Monday, September 14, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Helpers during the event:

You can help out for a few hours a day; in return, you’ll receive a discount.
Helper shifts are available in the kitchen or for cleaning, ranging from 3 to 4 hours.
These can be booked as additional tickets (even multiple ones) in the shopping cart on page two.

General Prices and Discounts:

You receive a discount for each volunteer shift.
The more festival days you book, the bigger your discount.
If the total ticket price is negative, no refund will be issued.

Booking your tickets:

You can put together multiple day tickets.
With a single order, you can also book tickets for multiple participants or children.
Generally, we count one day as 24 hours. For example, if you arrive at noon, your departure after one day is also at noon.
1. Under your category (Standard, Reduced, or Child), select the duration of the days. (Setup and teardown days are extra.)
2. Specify the number of tickets. (You can purchase multiple tickets for additional participants in a single order.)
3. Click “Add to Cart” at the very bottom.
4. Review your selection and click “Continue.”
5. Optional: Specify the number of volunteer shifts.
6. Customer account
7. Enter your ticket information. (You can copy answers using the button.)
8. Payment. (Enter your gift certificate first, if you have one.)
9. Review your order and confirm the Terms and Conditions.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with payment details.
