General:
Everything on the list is included in the ticket price; only your room with a bed needs to be booked separately.
The following tickets are available: Normal, Reduced (pupils, students, trainees), Set-up, Dismantling, Helpers and Children (7 to 15 years).
You can stay as long as you like: the whole event, various multi-day tickets or individual days and extra nights.
All children under the age of 7 are free of charge.
The large meadow is available for camping with a tent, car or caravan.
You can spend the night in bed in the ‘Acronyx Nest’ youth hostel. The room must be booked. It is 3 km away and you must bring your own sheets and blankets.
You can park your car in the car park in front of the estate.

02:00 pm - Joint circle with the programme for the following 23 hours

05:00 pm – Workshops 4- Acro Yoga, akrobatics, further
06:30 pm – Dinner
08:00 pm - Workshops 5 – dancing, CI, further
Start and End of the Event:
Your arrival is possible from Thursday, July 24th, 2025, starting at 3:00 PM.
Dinner will be around 6:00 PM, our first circle at 7:00 PM, and the initial workshops will begin at 8:00 PM.
The event ends late at night on Tuesday 05.08.25. You can stay until the next morning at 10am.
Set-up and dismantling helpers:
The assembly takes 3 days, from Tuesday 22nd July at 11 am to 24th July at 4 pm.
Dismantling is on Wednesday 06.08.25 from 10 am to 7 pm.
Commitment and punctuality are very important for the whole event.
You will receive discounts for your help.
Helpers during the event:
You can help with the event for a few hours a day, in return you will receive a discount.
Helping shifts are approx. 4 hours in the kitchen and 3 hours for cleaning.
Can be booked as additional tickets (also multiple) in the shopping basket on page two.
After your order you will receive an e-mail with a link to the helper table, please enter your shifts directly.

Discounts in general:
If you want to spend less money and still be there, you can save a lot with helper tickets.
The longer you are there, the more discount per day is included in the price.
There are discounts on your day tickets for some additional tickets; if the total ticket price is negative, there is no payout.
You can book an agreed discount at the bottom of the list if you have agreed this with a main organiser.
Book your tickets:
You can combine several tickets and also purchase tickets for several people in one order.
1. Find the duration of your event days as the heading, and then select Regular, Discounted, or Child. (These are not the days for setup or takedown.)
Additionally, specify setup and takedown, accommodation, or the agreed discount.
2. specify the number of tickets. (Multiple tickets can be purchased for additional participants within one order).
3. click ‘Add to basket’ at the bottom of the page
4. check your selection and click on ‘Continue’.
5. optional for your tickets: a) helper shifts
6. customer account
7. enter the information for the tickets. (Answers can be copied using the button).
8. payment. Option: Enter your voucher first, if you have one.
9. check your order and confirm the registration conditions.
After booking you will receive an email with the payment information.
