All offers are included in the ticket price.
The following tickets are available: Standard, Concession and Children, as well as Helpers, Set-up and Take-down.
For families with young children, we provide a changing room for sleeping.
Please bring your own sleeping gear (mattress, sleeping bag, etc.).

Start and end of the event:
The event begins on 26 December at 7 p.m. with the opening circle and at 8 p.m. with our programm.
The event ends on the night of 5 January. You can stay one more night; dismantling begins on 6 January at 10 a.m.
Set-up and dismantling helpers:
Only available with 10-day and 6-day tickets.
You will receive discounts for your help.
Set-up begins on 25 December 2024 at 11 a.m. and ends on 26 December 2024 at 6 p.m.
Dismantling is on 6 January 2025 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Helpers during the event:
You can help for a few hours a day and receive a price discount in return.
Helper shifts are approx. 4 hours long in the kitchen and 3 hours for cleaning.
These can be booked as additional tickets (also multiple) in the shopping basket on page two.

Discounts in general:
If you want to spend less money but still be there, you can save a lot with helper tickets.
Multi-day tickets already include price discounts.
If you have agreed on something special with Marcus or Martin, you can book the agreed discount at the bottom of the list.
There is no payout if the total ticket price is negative.
Booking your tickets:
You can combine several tickets and also purchase tickets for several participants in one order.
Generally, 24 hours counts as one day. For example, if you arrive on Monday evening and stay until Wednesday evening, that counts as two days.
1. Find the duration of the days as a heading and then select Normal, Reduced or Child. (These are not the days for set-up or dismantling.)
2. Specify the number of tickets. (Several tickets for additional participants can be purchased with one order.)
3. Optional: Specify the agreed discount as the price. (e.g. -80)
4. Click ‘Add to basket’ at the bottom.
4. Check your selection and click ‘Continue’.
5. Optional: Specify the number of helper shifts.
6. Customer account
7. Enter your ticket information. (Answers can be copied using the button.)
8. Payment. (First enter your voucher code, if you have one.)
9. Check your order and confirm the terms and conditions.
After placing your order, you will receive an email with payment information.
